Hyve TruthFinder is a forensic analysis tool that surfaces provenance, manipulation, and evidence signals and offers a “Truth Check” rating. It is an analytical aid, not a fact-checker, oracle, or source of professional advice. Outputs may be incomplete or wrong; do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, electoral, or safety decisions. Always verify against primary sources.

2 · Accounts & plans

• ▸ You are responsible for your account and for the content you submit.
• ▸ Free accounts get 5 full reports/month; Premium ($9.99/mo) raises the limit to 35/month and unlocks the top-tier model and full toolkit. Billing is handled by Stripe; cancel anytime via the customer portal.

3 · Data & training license

On the free tier, by submitting content (claims, questions, passages, documents, URLs) you grant Hyve TruthFinder a worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, and use that content and the resulting analysis to develop, train, and improve our models, datasets, and services.

• ▸ Premium submissions are not stored or used for training — paying keeps your inputs private.
• ▸ Submissions our system flags as sensitive (medical, self-harm, elections, legal, financial) are excluded from the training corpus.
• ▸ Training samples are stored pseudonymously and de-identified on account deletion. See the Privacy policy for details and how to request access, deletion, or exclusion.
• ▸ Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or that you consider confidential.

4 · Acceptable use

Don't use the service to harass, defame, or target individuals; to generate or amplify disinformation; to break the law; or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or scrape the platform. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5 · No warranty · liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hyve TruthFinder is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or reliance on its output.
